The default shipping date is ASAP (We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays). If you desire a different shipping date, please select from the drop down menu.

If a shipping date is not specified, your order will ship on the next shipping day.

Due to the perishable nature of our products we ship on Mondays and Tuesday for delivery the same week. The default shipping date is ASAP. If you desire a different shipping date (i.e. have the product delivered at a specific time for your gift recipient), please select from the drop down menu.

Prices
All prices on our web site include taxes and shipping and handling for regularly scheduled shipments. No additional charges are applied unless an unusual shipping arrangement or expediting charges apply for rushed shipments.

Shipping & Delivery
Due to the perishable nature of our products they are shipped frozen. Shipping days are generally Monday and Tuesdays via UPS so that our products do not sit in a warehouse over the weekend. Delivery is within 1-3 days of the shipping date. Upon receiving, remove it from the box and packaging material and refrigerate immediately leaving it within the heavy-duty freezer bag and gold foil it arrives in to extend its shelf life. If you do not plan on serving it within 5 days, instead immediately put it in the freezer, keeping it again in the same foil and freezer wrap packaging. For maximum freshness and flavor your ham or turkey should be used within 45-60 days. Allow three days to thaw in the refrigerator before serving at room temperature

Addresses
Be sure to provide a complete and current address including apartment or suite numbers and zip codes. We can only ship to a physical address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Try to include a telephone number and e-mail address for a gift recipient. The e-mail address will be used to notify the recipient that the package has been shipped to them. Note, Holiday Ham Co. cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses or gift recipients not being home at the time of delivery.

Alaska/Hawaii
We will ship to Alaska for an additional $25 due to the high shipping charges. All shipments will go out on a Monday and be received on Friday. Note, no shipping to Alaska can be done the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years so plan ahead! Unfortunately due to the perishable nature of our product as well as the even higher costs of shipping to Hawaii, we can not offer to ship to Hawaii at this time.

Packaging
Holiday hams and turkeys are all shipped frozen and wrapped in a heavy gold foil. They are then placed in a heavy-duty freezer bag, wrapped in insulation and gift boxed. Some but not all may also be in a Styrofoam cooler based on the place and time of delivery. Instructions and serving tips are included in the package.

Gift Message Your specific greeting up to 105 characters will appear on the shipping label. A message of any size may be included if the recipients e-mail address is provided. The e-mail address will only be used to send your message as well as to notify them that the shipment is being sent. The message is sent to them on the day it is shipped so they may anticipate receipt.

Tracking my Shipment
On the day your package is shipped UPS will e-mail you the tracking number of your package to the e-mail address you provide on your shipping order.

Christmas Shipping
We always recommend shipping early (by December 11th) for Christmas for two reasons. First if it is a gift, the recipient will be able to plan when to use it, be it for Christmas day or a holiday party or get together. Secondly we guarantee delivery to the address you provide and should the carrier for any reason not get it there on time we can reship it in a timely manner.

We will ship all Christmas orders received through December 18th in time for Christmas. Any Christmas orders received after Dec 19th will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please call for specific shipping instructions & expedited prices for shipments after December 19th.

Changes and Cancellations
Changes and cancellations must be received at least 7 days before your shipping date.

Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover when placing your order online. Payment is due at the time the order is placed. A shipping order may also be mailed in with a check, money order or gift certificate.

Privacy Policy
Holiday Ham does not provide any of your information or any gift recipient’s information to any third party except as required for payment and shipping.
