Holiday hams and turkeys are all shipped frozen and wrapped in a heavy gold foil. Placed in a durable freezer bad. Protected by padded insulation bag and cooler then gift boxed with serving instructions.
Upon receipt they may be used within the next 5 to 7 days or frozen for use at the recipients convenience. If frozen allow 3 days to thaw in refrigerator before serving
